Oh alright, I saw it and suddenly wondered if you lived in a town that happened to be named Miranda.

Penis is so.... Technical and blunt. While I am a believer in the science and being blunt, the Southern gal in me finds it a need to be lady like still. Its like eating a banana in public; gotta pluck the thing off chunk by chunk if not it looks inappropriate. :/
Now, anyone have anything against devout/faithful Christian characters?

Not particularly. Unless the author uses them to preach to the audience.

I don't know if I've ever really read about a devout character. At least, not one worthy of mentioning. I'll eat a banana any way I damn well please, though

Well, if you've read Pompms and Sketchbooks, you'll notice the narrative has a slightly Christian tone to it, esp when Elliot and Hal are there. Its sorta implied that Hal and Ellie are Christian and Catholic respectively. Anyways, I ask because I know some people get really cranky when I make a biblical reference and the next chapter in my story references the David and Goliath, that's all.

They shouldn't get cranky in any way, providing you keep things in character.

Right. As long as you're not using your writing to preach the word of god and such, not a big deal.

I've read a series where one of the more major characters is very religious, but he's never preachy. That's the difference I make; and the bible is one of the most alluded to books, if not the most.

Okay awesome. I don't preach no matter how devout I am. //superdevout// sorta ironic how I'm sticking femslash with religion...
Anyways, thank you ya'll for all the help and answering my questions. Ch. 2 of FMN(forget me not) will be posted tonmorrow or the day after. Anyone wanna guess why its titled or where the story is gonna go? Would love to hear so I know my story isn't all too predictable.

I'ma guess you're going with Alice leaving, similar to New Moon but less stupid

Right, right! That's sorta implied in the prologue. Now the big question is what's going to become of Alice and Bella when they lead two separate lives? *drums* Bummm bum bummmm *dramatic music*

I'm going to guess a ton of sadness and angst. Because they need each other.
