Hmm...seems to be a bit of confusion. *Clears throat* After someone says "nose goes" and then puts their finger on their nose, it eliminates them from having to do any action that was previously selected.
Ex: "Someone needs to take the trash out" A person would say "nose goes" and the last person to put a finger on his/her nose has to take the trash out.
Is it only an east coast thing?
