I don't think people are naturally bad. I think we are born with the push to follow being good. That just gets distorted by our environment and our need to be competent; to be able to accomplish things will exerting the least amount of effort.

God, lets not get into Science and how mother nature is naturally 'lazy' and preforms at the lowest engery level possible. It really just ends like this; we're all messed up, either from when we're born or from our enviroment, what really matters is trying to be as least messed up as possible.
SUNNY! I has just replying to your message! Gah, your avie still makes me drool.
Meg: try the eliptical for running. Less likely to get a shin splint than running outside and easier on the joints than the treadmill. Bring motivational music thats energetic, depressing songs = bad, flirt with the hot chick next to you, ask her what classes she's doing at the gym, maybe join if you're interested and if you're not, hey, atleast you got an idea of what the classes are like! xD

Is the eliptical the stepping machine? And yeah, I'd probably listen to my MP3. And I would flirt with the chick next to me, were I interested in chicks. lol. It's the school's gym so I can get in free with my ID. I was just thinking about doing it so that I could get in shape.

That thing.
Go pro health! I'm a work out junkie. Thank you modeling for teaching me healthy eating habits. Believe it or not, some agencies actually don't want their girls to be anorexic. :]

Oh yeah. I like those. I tried it over at my grandparents house way back when. Are they good for people with bad knees, though? That's my problem. I have bad knees.
I wish I knew healthy meals I could eat, but the main problem I have is portion control.

Yeah, they're low impact although swimming is the best low impact you can do.

Not blasphemey! I promise, i'm at a good height and wieght for my age. Ask the doc. I'm prone to blood problems.
@a La the Megester Me too after an accident, it tends to dislocate easy. Then yes, the elliptical is right for you, bud. Try small meals, many times a day. Helps the metabolism. Cut out soda and cheese. Think water!

No I meant they modeling agencies don't require anorexics...although that's mostly just runway stuff.

I don't swim and I don't like the taste of water. Time for Iced Tea and Flavored water packets, I guess.
I think the first few days are going to be the worst, but if the weather is decent on the days I don't have school I might take my dog out for walks. That should help, right?
Or I could ride my stationary bike, though I think it sucks, personally.
I don't know how to swim, Enj, so that's out of the question.

Ohh yeah, runways require people with the drive of Ghandi and his fasting.xD
Meg, Easy on the ice tea, the stuff is packed with sugar and sodium which retains water which means you'll be packing in more water weight than you want. Flavored water is good. Neroh likes flavored water.
And VALENTINES! So much chocolate....don't fall for it! Ishouldn't be talking since i'm sitting here with Coldstone chocolates
