This is off-topic but I'm considering chopping the cullen off the end of my pen name. Lysystrata describes me, and likely what my stories will be, just fine.

I'm a sucker for time-travel stories or stories that are set in a dffferent time and there are bunches of E/B stories out there, but unfortunately no Bellice  So I'd really like to read more of that kind. I have a weakness for corniness. I like drama and angst, but I'm not that good at writing it. Fluff is easier lol  |

MyTwidreams you need to check out Reach For Me by Black-Rose-Of-Night. It is one of the best stories I've ever read on here and is definitely set in a different time. My Bella's Riddles is set 50 years in the future but I'm hardly objective about it. I personally think it sucks but some others disagree (I know for sure a chapter or two suck).

I do like all kinds of different A/B fics, but my favourite ones are where the authors kind of start with Twilight and then write their own A/B take on it, such as the brilliant "The Looking Glass". I don't like any all human AU fic, or anything where Bella is a vampire and Alice is a human. They just don't do it for me at all. Much like everyone else on this thread, I really dislike fics where one of them dies, or they don't end up together, but probably only because it upsets me so much!  I like a bit of angst, but not too much... Alice isn't Edward and the whole brooding thing doesn't fit in with the character, though I've read a couple of fics where it is very well written and so it works. |

I would sooo like to read something comparable to Beyond Time for a Bellice story. There are so many fics where Bella travels back in time and falls in love with a human Emoward. And I'd like to see a pre-Twilight Alice without Jasper and the rest of the Cullen Clan. Maybe I'll write something like that myself when I figure out how to survive without sleep. So many ideas and so little time to write.... |
