That is very Victoria like. And I just want to comment about your name under your picture. FTW.

I like that advice Lys.
And to it I add, they're trying to piss in your cornflakes.

Well, I don't eat cornflakes, but I get your meaning.
And on a side note, I now have 600 posts. I feel proud.

Review count doesn't matter. Seriously.

Thousands, my biggest story had ~300 and I'm happy with that.
I'd rather tell a good story that people don't review, than a crappy one that people love.

Reviews aren't what matter most, no. It's how you feel about it in the end that counts. If you know it's good, then to hell with what others think, it's good.

Well, and this is both a joke and serious. My grandfather died in an asylum and honestly there's something screwy about all of us (My family). I don't want this to be a downer because I've found a cool way to cope. I get my crazy out in my stories. You may ask, what does that have to do with flying an airplane (a quote from Dieter, one of the twelve, I'm mormon btw) or reviews. Simply this. We write, in my opinion, because we must. Not for reviews, certainly not for money on FF, but because it satisfies some deeply felt need to create. I think my stories are good, the type of thing I'd enjoy reading if I did not know what was going to happen ahead of time. I've read and enjoyed stories by many here. In the larger view of things like reviews are trivial so long as you are satisfied with what you've written. With all that out there I love this site, i hope to one day be considered a peer here.

P.S. The guy in charge of the school paper told me friday he's naming the staff member of the year award after me when I graduate. How fucking cool is that?

Yeah, I write for myself, but it is nice to get a pat on the back with people saying "This is really good" and all.
Still, can't please everyone.

But you are a peer. No one here is better than anyone else. I swear!

Silly Lys, you're an equal among equals on this board, as JT said. We all love Bellice and we're all readers and/or writers with a lot of talent. So yeah, relax.

JT for President *waves flag* Serious note, she's absolutely right. It's only when you consider yourself as capable as others that you're actually capable Or something.
