Okay, so, new ideas. Might as well keep this thread alive for myself with a purpose. o.o
A story that takes place either post-Twilight and pre-New Moon or during New Moon. At any rate, it involves Bella and Alice going out together to find more out about Alice's past. The reason why would differ depending on the scenario, but it'd be a chance for the two to bond regardless, so they leave. At first, it'd B/E, A/J, but as time passes, the two slowly become drawn to each other and end up falling in love. It ain't that simple, naturally. There'd be no fun if it were. Victoria would be the primary antagonist and much more ruthless than what I've already depicted in the Solstice Saga. I won't spoil much more than that, but there will be a bit more angst thanks in part to her. And Amara would appear as well, since she's becoming a staple character. It'd be a bit more canon in terms of things, but at the same time, I do so enjoy making the characters my own, which I would be doing. That would include altering Bella's gift a bit since I hated it in the books.
Idea number two, I've spoken on it in the story ideas a bit, but I've been thinking about it a lot more since then. As I said, the Cullens are human drinkers and not vegetarians. Some feed on humans without much care, some do care, but do it because it's all they know and then you have Carlisle and Esme who drink blood that they take from the hospital. Another thing is that the only official mated pair in the family is Carlisle and Esme while the others are still trying to figure out who is meant for who. That's where Bella comes in. She's characterized a bit different, though she still has her flaws, and she becomes attracted to Alice. Case in point, she brings the Cullens together and really shows them that they're still human on the inside. The other pairings are undecided at this point in time, but I've been thinking Rosalie/Victoria (as I mentioned, I want to use this pair), maybe Jasper/Leah, I dunno. Still planning.
Those two and Split Crescent are really ones I'd like to try out in the future. Once I finish Blood Solstice (one more chapter), and get further in Broken Aurora, I may give them a shot. I'm still in the process of working on Tainted Night and figuring out what's going to happen.
