They didn't mention Esme's either. They just said "Carlisle changed her"
Esme and Emmett were mentioned in passing and Alice didn't get her chance at all. Nor did we hear Carlisle's change in the potatoes! Apparently Peter was looking forward to that.

They don't say much about Emmett in the book though really, only the bit about him being mauled by a bear.... Carlisle's back story is terribly neglected too. Basically there just needs to be a film about every Cullen. In fact the Alice one could be a 3 part epic, like LOTR but with Ashley! *Perfection*
