I thought we were just gonna do this and see how it goes. But we do have to make sure that the characters stay the same (personality) otherwise it won't make sense, such as Bella crying over Alice getting hurt in one chapter and saying 'Get your ass off the ground, girl' in another.

I always the implicit agreement in this kind of thing where you build upon it but you don't outrightly change it.

I prefer consistency...if Bella's gonna be a douche, then she needs to be one to the end (well, unless Alice beats some sense into her and changes that or something), and if she's gonna be nice and lovable, then that's gotta stay too...

You've all got the idea. Now, we need to also make sure our story parts match. For example, I made Isabella's last name Leofwine, which loosely translates into 'ye of the god's fruit,' which was compacted into 'ye-of-wine,' which later became LeofWine when some pretencious warrior thought he was so good in battle to be a son of a god. With modern language, it's become Leofwine without the capital w. I know my stuff.  |
