Pokemon, is awesome. But, the anime has gone down hill since series 5-6. First generation will and always will be the best, my friend.

In fact, I owned a Zoid toy. It was awesome. (Edit: Is awesome. It's in my cupboard)

Haha! You're the same as me! Digimon, Zoids, Sailor Moon & also Dragon Ball Z/Dragon Ball.
Zoid action figures are the best. But, you need to buy the high quality ones online, worth about $90-$100. I put them together and never touch them again. Behind glass.
