Like those awesome living root bridges in India made from the Ficus elastica tree roots. & they grow stronger over time because the plant is living.

Good. Considering I had physical therapy the following day, I didn't think it would be very wise to stay up to watch it and then only get a couple of hours of sleep.

I caught the tail end of it 'cause it was on at 7 in the evening. My god, the sheer amount of people. I don't care whether the monarchy is largely obsolete as a political authoritative body, I think it's a good thing to have something that number of people can get behind. Tried to think of something that would get even a fraction of that amount of peeps in Australia paying attention like that. Couldn't think of anything, which was sad.

We tried to organize a wedding party here, but it was on at 1 in the bleeding morning....Only stuck up royals would get married at 11 AM on a Friday like it made sense.
