Well, if you're talking about Edward, you generally put a long line of insults and cuss words before his, wait, sorry, I meant her name, then you combine his name with another cuss word. After that you listen to the shouts of agreement.
All other transvestites are fine.

Accents! I love them, I can do a rather authentic English (two forms) Irish, Scottish, and New York. Passable ones are Cajun, Russian, and South African.
