I'm not blind. I can see without my glasses; I jsut had to get it because I'm blind in one eye. My other eye is perfect and overpowers my bad eye, so I can see.

Blind as in no sight whatsoever or impaired vision?

Impaired. My vision is 25-100. My right eye=bad, my left eye=good. I get it from my dad.
Now if it were my mom's eyes, then I'd definitely need glasses 24/7. She's blind without her contacts.

I just have 20/40, so things are just a bit fuzzy from far away. My bad eye sight comes from my bad as well. My mom has 20/10 vision.

Dang. I didn't know you could get lower than 20. You mom must have eyes of a hawk...
-gasp- That's why you're a hawk!

Haha I wish. She is a freakin hawk. I could never get away with anything with her. She always saw it. She'd be on the other side of the campsite and she would be like "Meghan, did you just put a salamander in your pocket?!" I was like jeesh, you's a scary lady. hah

Indeed it is. Celtic spelling and it means pearl. Hehe. I have a slight obsession with names.

I have the easiest spelling there is of it. Megan. It's very simple. I was named Megan because my mom is Peggy and my grandma is Margaret, so both my mom and my name are like shortened variations of Margaret. Yes.

Pet peeve of mine, spelling my name wrong. I like my name, so please take two seconds out of your life and double check that you are spelling it correctly. m-e-g-H-a-n. Otherwise, you might as well call me something completely different.

Oh, I was about to say... I know other people spell Megan different ways. I'm okay with Meghan, but when you get to Meagaen or something crazy like that, you're pushing it. My junior year, three Megans in my math class (one was a Meghan) and our teacher had actually sat us, seating chart, in a row. So one of us would raise our hand she'd say "Yes Megan" but look at the wrong one. lol It was hysterical. But I'm happy that I'm not the only Megan on the forum.
