Yeah, they'd look more tan, more fit too (for Edward's sake, at the least, lol) and they'd have brown eyes and the blondes would probably have a bit more of a brown/black tint to it or they'd be completely black. Otherwise it would still be the same person, in my opinion.
Oh, but Alice gets taller. lol

I'm running them by my Beta to see which one she likes more. The last one had snow clumped in the back of the legs but otherwise it looked like Bella, imo.
