I think I'm going to have to do the same. I'm undating before work. (right now) and I'm giving the Author's note one final go before it's Google Translate to the rescue.

I know a little bit of Russian. I'm really rusty, but I can try. And, honestly, because of the once USSR, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Poland, all of those languages are very, very similar. Moreso than Spanish to Italian. If you know someone from a neighboring country, they could most definitely help you.

My friend Larissa is from Croatia, and my friend Adnana is from Bosnia, they're both fluent, but some things aren't close enough. I've asked Larissa for help, but Croatian isn't ask close to Russian as could be accurate.

It's not a whole lot. Not like entire long drawn out conversations. More words. (cursing a lot of cursing) some simple dialogue maybe.
I sent the photo beeteedubs. Haha.

well you could get them to help and put in a note at the end that says "If my Russian isn't write please PM how to fix it." Worked for one of my stories when I had Latin and I hadn't taken it yet.
