I've always thought of it as 8 hours ahead, less a day. And the forum keeps time as EST, so I've got no problem with your time, Meg. Kentucky is EST, isn't it?

And yes, cyborg, most of KY is EST. There's a few parts in the west that are CST, but for the most part it's EST.
