After Shithead leaves, Bella purposely goes to the Volturi to get changed. They agree, but only if she agrees to serve them. She does.
Some years later, Bella is a Volturi scout and a human drinker. Thanks to her gift, she sense's the potential of human's with the help of a OC named Synthia who Bella got romantically involved with for a short while, but both agreed to end it because Bella was still hung up on the Cullen's and her desire for revenge. So far the Volturi have forbid it because of the friendship between Aro and Carlisle, but as Bella's Coven gets larger and stronger by the month, and the five year scouting period gets closer to the end, Bella becomes more and more desperate to make an assault upon the Cullen's before all of her COven get's taken away by the Volturi.
