If you mean the dust, then you have to take apart the none-electrical parts of it, and use a dry cotton swab to wipe it. If it's to clean more than dust, then you can use a damp one [damp, not wet] and then follow after it with a dry one to...well, dry it off.

How do I take them apart? I tried looking for directions, but could find nothing.

Usually, with speakers of any kind [unless their custom made or something] they are snapped in place, and not screwed in. You can just pull of the bits and pieces. However, if there are screws, then that's the way to go. Just look for lines along the body of the speaker where it was assembled, and take it apart from there.
If you're unlucky, the manufacturer would have used glue to keep it together, which makes it significantly harder. If you still want to take it apart even if it has glue, then obviously you'll need more glue to replace what you remove.
What kind of cleaning are you talking about anyway? As in, dust or something more?

I don't know, most likely dust. My speakers have been glitchy for a week or so now. When I listen to music, the music gets a little choppy sometimes. I figured they needed cleaning.

Hook them directly up to your ipod or stereo or CD player. It may be a problem with your computer than your speakers

Choppy might mean it's your wiring or that you've got them too loud and they're peaking. Dust muffles the sounds, rather than affecting the actual output.
